In the nautical history heart

In a former manufacturing plant, located in Pilzone d' Iseo (BS), near to one of the most beautiful corners of the Iseo Lake, we are developing an ambitious plan to develop the greatest  Nautical Center on the lake in Italy.
In the area of 25.000 squared meters, rises the covered structure of approximately 18.000 squared meters, distributed on two levels and one mansion of approximately 2.000 squared meters, distributed on 5 storeys.
The building is strategically located: just a steps away from the lake in correspondence of the gulf of “Vertine”, directly on the main lake road, where the passage of vehicles and trains in all the year guarantees a good visibility for the business activities (finds on the transit that from Brescia to Ponte di Legno and viceversa).

The plan previews to reconvert the entire area in a “Nautical Citadel”, in a prime position to contain all the correlated activities in order to assure a complete service to our customer .

The newly called structure NAUTICAL CENTER FRANCIACORTA aim to become a point of reference for the nautical not only for the Lombardy, but for all the northern Italy, supplying specialized services and products, in a position to satisfy the expectations of the more and more demanding customers.

Inside of the nautical centre the following areas of activity will find space:

- Area dedicated to the winter recovery and warehouse to place setting for beyond 600 boats until 12 meters;

- Mechanical workshop and handicraft laboratory for maintenance, repairs, preparations, cleaning and restoration of historical boats;

- Nautical Yard for assemblage and preparation of new boats;

- Showroom Area and sale of new boats, used boats, Ribs, canoes and windsurf;

- A trading Gallery for the sale of articles and services connected to the nautical and for the free time, as example equipment from fidhing and diving, accessories, apparel, assurances, leasing, nautical license;

- Historical Nautical Museum;

- Tourist-hotel with residence, swimming pool, solarium;

- Area for fairs and Portobello’s;

- Parkings for the clients, with beyond 200 places covered and uncovered;

- Heliport;

Adjacent to the new nautical centre a new harbour infrastructure is previewed to be created (marine) in order to complete the nautical offer, being able to accommodate approximately 2/300 boats in water and the berthing of some House Boat, a 5 star floating suite, and all the above in a location able to recall a huge number of foreign tourist.

Particular attention will be placed to the environmental impact, from the House Boat to one of the first ecological ports to give zero impact and for port the use it of floating wharves and modular fingers, in a position to always assure the demanded flexibility.
