The Project of the nautical center becomes part of a wider context, that it embraces entirely the splendid bay in which the center is placed, always having cure and attention to the safeguard of the atmosphere.


The strong demand for places in water and desire to widen the tourist-receptive offer on the Lago of Iseo, see us participating in the so called plan “Nautical Ecotourism” too, that it previews the realization of a zero impact marina  , thanks to the realization of ecological ports composed from compatible floating docks equipped and in which 2/300 pleasure crafts will be placed and some houseboats (floating houses).

 

The Marina

The houseboats particularly they are demanded from the foreign tourist market (English, American and north European), through the Time-sharing formula (multiproperty) and thanks to the ecological ports do not pollute and favor the development of an ecological tourist structures.


The houseboats they are luxury floating houses, with private service, kitchen, drawing-room, bedrooms and services and they vary in length from 8 to 20 meters.
The realization of the ecological ports will concur therefore to arrange also boat parking in water, to complete the services offered by the Nautical Center Franciacorta.


In the marina will raise an exclusive Club-house, with relax spaces, restaurant and bar reserved for  the members of the center and the nautical association.
