The industrial plan previews to arrive to regimen within 24 months from the opening of the nautical center and the restructure will be completed in times expresses from the release of the authorizations.
To guarantee the associates investor, the interested area has been estimated with written reports, taking in consideration the actual situation of the real estate, than in projection to completion of the restructure previewed in the industrial plan (the reports are on hand at our offices).


The nautical center real estate structure value only, once all the previewed works of requalification will be completed, will benefit revaluation of more then 60% if compared to the actual estimation, to which we have to add the value deriving from the development of the various activities tied to the center and defined in the industrial plan and business plan and in an estimated period of 24/36 months (the business plan is on hand at our offices).
